The KDU PAC Club is now organising a leadership camp open to all CAT/ ACCA FULL TIME students. The details of the camp are as followed:
Date: 20th to 21st August 2010
Venue: OUTBAC Broga Campside
(Situated 50km from Kuala Lumpur. Broga sits on the border of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Broga falls within the mukim of Semenyih in the Hulu Langat district.)
About OUTBAC:
OUTBAC Broga which stands for Outdoor
Team-Building
Adventure Camp provides the right perception to our targeted clientele that the Broga Camp is an Adventure Camp and not a resort styled accommodation. The guest at the campsite will have to be prepared for some outdoor living.
OUTBAC Broga is an outdoor adventure campsite located at Broga, near the Semenyih town. It is approximately 40 minutes from the city centre by car. It has rustic accommodation facilities (air-conditioned dormitory) for up to 100 pax. Among the outdoor adventure facilities available are Extreme Sports Tower (Flying Fox, Abseiling and Rock Climbing), Ropes Courses (Low Ropes, Leap of Faith) and Obstacles Course including a Kayaking Pond!
Located nearby the campsite are also other recreational sites which include a rabbit farm, an orchard and an ostrich farm.
OUTBAC accommodation may be rented by the public. However, the adventure facilities may only be used under the supervision of our local instructors.
Safety of students:
The OUTBAC will provide 3 trained instructors and at least 2 lecturers/admin staffs from PAC dept to supervise the 44 students for the 2 days trip. All students will be giving the safety instruction on the first day of the Camp. All the adventure facilities can only used under the supervision of OUTBAC trained instructors.
All students who are interested to join the Camp will have to fill up a registration form which will exclude KDU’s liability from any damages arise. Please refer to the attached clauses.

7.00am Gather at KDU
7.30am Take the bus to Broga
8.30am Check-In & Briefing
9.00am Outdoor activities 1*
1.00pm Lunch
3.00pm Outdoor activities 2
7.00pm Dinner
8.00pm Campfire & Cultural Night
9.30pm Supper
Day 2
5.30am Guided sunrise climb to Broga Hill
9.00am Breakfast
10.00am Group Telematch
11.00am Check-Out
11.15am Visit Rock Temple
12.00pm Visit Broga Fish Pond & Grilled Fish
1.30pm Take bus back to KDU
2.30pm Reach KDU, go home!
