December Bonding Session 2024: Simple Get Together with PAC Club Members at D'Kayangan Steamboat BBQ
On the 7th of December 2024, the Professional Accountancy Centre (PAC) hosted its highly anticipated Bonding Session 2024, an event designed to bring together students from all corners of our community. As the Event Director, I had the privilege of leading an amazing team to plan, organize, and execute an unforgettable day filled with laughter, connection, and shared memories.
Kicking Off with Food and Fellowship
The Bonding Session began with a warm and inviting atmosphere as participants settled into the venue. At around 4:30 PM, I had the honour of delivering a simple opening speech to welcome everyone and officially officiate the event. Following this, everyone was encouraged to grab food and refreshments, providing the perfect opportunity to relax, mingle, and break the ice before the activities begin. Sharing a meal together set the tone for the evening, fostering friendship and easing everyone into the spirit of the event.
Secret Santa — The Gift of Giving
The first official activity of the evening was Secret Santa, which immediately added a festive and heartwarming touch to the Bonding Session. Participants exchanged carefully chosen gifts with their designated recipients, sparking excitement and curiosity. Once everyone had received their presents, we all opened our gifts simultaneously. The area lit up with joy as participants revealed their surprises. The warmth of giving and receiving made this activity a delightful start to the evening, bringing everyone closer together.
Truth or Dare — Breaking The Ice
Next up was a lively round of Truth or Dare, where each table took turns asking questions or assigning dares to another table. The energy was high, and the atmosphere was full of anticipation as everyone embraced the fun and spontaneity of the game. Whether answering quirky truths or performing hilarious dares, such as TikTok dances and trendy moves, participants let loose and showed their playful sides, strengthening the bonds among everyone present. This activity was the perfect mix of humour and camaraderie, encouraging everyone to relax and enjoy the evening even more.
Mini Lucky Draw — Ending on A High Note
To wrap up the evening, we held a Mini Lucky Draw that had everyone eagerly awaiting their fate. With seven exciting prizes up for grab ranging from journals, Touch ‘n Go charm to the highly coveted Montigo Bottle. Participants could not wait to see who would be lucky enough to win. Out of 45 participants, each winner was announced with cheers and applause, and the excitement in the room was palpable. This activity brought an exhilarating end to the Bonding Session, leaving everyone with a sense of excitement and joy as we wrapped up the night.
Wrapping Up the Evening
As the Bonding Session came to a close, our former PAC President, Farah Nabilah, delivered a heartfelt closing speech that resonated with everyone. Her inspiring words were met with enthusiastic applause, reinforcing the sense of community and shared purpose within the PAC Club. To commemorate the evening, we gathered for group photos, capturing the smiles, laughter, and memories that defined the day. These photos will serve as a cherished reminder of the connections we made and the fun we had together.The PAC Bonding Session 2024 was a resounding success, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful participants and the amazing team that helped bring this vision to life. Here’s to building more memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
