Professional Accountancy Club(PAC) held an event on that day which is E Sports-PUBG Mobile. The E Sports-PUBG Mobile were held on the Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds(PUBG) Mobile App. Our organizing committees had discussed in the google meet regarding the game on how to conduct it, how participants will participate and so on. We have conducted a rehearsal two days before the event day which is on Friday, 23/7/2021 to test the event flow and live stream on Facebook.

On 25/7/2021 (Sunday), the game was participated by 12 teams which consisted of 4 team members each. Each organizing committee was assigned with different roles and Eugene, a member of Christian fellowship club, acts as the shout caster for this event. The Top 3 winner of the game is determined by the most points accumulated in 4 matches by each team. We also have the timekeeper to measure time taken for each game. There are four matches with different maps.
The game begins at 2.35 pm. First match was at Miramar (map’s name), second match was at Sanhok, third match and fourth match was at Erangel. We also had a live streaming on Facebook with our shout caster to keep the audience entertained. This live streaming was delayed by 5 minutes in order to avoid participants performing fraud while playing. The shout caster began the streaming of the game on facebook live and announced the winner for the four matches.
The game flow based on the map’s name are as follow:-
Miramar - 2.30pm
Sanhok - 3.30pm
Erangel - 4.30pm
4. Erangel - 5.30pm

One minor issue was the live streaming ended a few times due to network connection issues. The in-game monitor took the registration of the participants while the outside game monitor sent a reminder to the participants for each match which is 10 minutes before the match begins. Each team was competing with one another to be the winner for the game. They tend to be enthusiastic and have high spirit to win the game. The last match ends at 5.58 pm.
At 6.00 pm, the shout caster announced the overall Top 3 winner for the event on that day. The event ends at 6.10 pm. The event ended with high satisfaction as a result of cooperation from the organizing committees as well as the participants of the E Sports-PUBG Mobile game.
