Nadhirah Johari    Mr Fuminori Kitazume

First of all, thank you so much for being here as our guest for today’s interview. We are so glad to have you for our very first interview session in this cycle, 2012. Most importantly, congratulations for passing all of your papers recently and thus, completing your ACCA studies.

Thank you. I am glad to be here too.

So, how do you feel after passing all of your exam papers? You must have felt relief, right?

After passing all the papers? Oh, I feel
really relieved because
did not know whether I can really pass
the exams or not.

That means, at the same time,
do you feel a bit shock by passing the
papers?

Yes, I do. Because I thought I might fail some of the papers that I
have taken. However, I got better results for that few particular
papers.

Do you have any special thanks to be dedicated to those who
contributed a lot in your studies?

Firstly, I want to thank the PAC for the support during my studies, and also my lecturers for continuously supporting me during the semester. Besides, I also want to thank my family, especially my parents and my girlfriend as well.

In terms of what, is ACCA course tough? Is it the questions that are being asked in the exams or probably, because it is 100% paper-based exams?

To be honest, ACCA course is very tough.
think it is because of the depths of the
knowledge that I learned and
needed to understand is much deeper
compared to the other courses,
since I have the experience of studying degree back in Japan.

Based on your experience, what do you
think is the hardest paper among all of
the papers that you have done?

Actually, I have only failed one paper last time which is the F9 paper. So, I think that was the hardest paper for me.

Do you mind sharing your study method with us?

Basically, I just concentrate in every class. And of course, I attended every single class. After each class, I went back home and revised the whole thing all over again. Plus,I did more past year questions rather than just reading the textbooks.

Climax question for today, why ACCA in KDU? Besides, can you give me 3 words to describe you experience studying at here.

When I first came here for counselling, I met Ana and Mei Fong and so I felt very welcomed by them. Besides, I am staying nearby the college, so, it is very convenient for me to study here. The 3 words is Fun, ad hoc and happiness.

What will you miss the most about KDU? Will it be the library, because I see you spending most of your time there?

In KDU? Hmmm... actually I will miss all the lecturers and
PAC staffs because I am going back to Japan soon and I could
not see them anymore unless I come here for visits.

One curious question, what made you first land in Malaysia? Tell
us your experience on how did you come to Malaysia for
the first time.

Actually, I came here in 2002, to be
exact, end of the year 2002.
I came here for backpacking. At that
time, I felt that this country is
very nice for travelling. After that, I got
this opportunity to work in a
company here in Malaysia and so I decided to move here.
The people around here are also very
nice and they can communicate in English, which is easier for me.
Moreover, the environment andthe food are nice too. Basically, I feel
very comfortable being here.

What is next in your list? Tell us a bit about your future plans.

Now, I am doing job hunting in Japan. I would like to extend
my career first by getting a job and hold the ACCA membership
after 3 years of working experience and be stable.

\

I think that would be all for today. Thank you so much for willing to
spend your time for this interview. Once again, congratulations
for passing your papers.May you accomplish success even
more in the future.Have a safe flight back home to Japan.
Do visit us whenever you come to Malaysia.

"I really enjoy staying here, is so comfortable being here.
The people here are really friendly and easy going. and i think durian taste great and i love it"
